Ms. Cheng specializes in real estate and immigration laws. She has extensive experience in representing individuals and business entities in residential and commercial real estate transactions. Her immigration practice focuses on family based immigrations and employment based immigrations, including L1, H1 visas, EB1, EB2, NIW and EB5 investor’s applications. She also frequently advises clients on estate planning, trusts and wills, and estate administration.

Ms. Cheng received her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, where she served as the associate editor of Fordham Journal of Corporate and Financial Law, and participated in Fordham Family Law Clinic to provide legal assistance to low-income families. She also served as an intern to the Honorable Sherry Klein Heitler, the administrative judge of New York State Supreme Court, Appellate Division. Ms. Cheng is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York.
